1001 NE Monroe

How tough would it be to at least scrape the paint around and over the door. The rest is brick. But puuullllllleeeeeaaaaasssseeee, make this building look like someone is actually doing something with it. It is on a busy throughway and across from Morton Square park.

This used to be a store called Studinger's Confectionary, during the 50's and 60's. I lived across the street at the time and visited almost daily. They had a soda fountain, large "penny" candy counter, comic books, booths and a small selection of groceries. It was a local hangout for the Woodruff students.
